Job Description
:The Digital IT Manager will be accountable of the Technology stack operates at peak efficiency and uptime to support the priorities & strategies of our stakeholders.The role will collaborate with cross-functional teams consisting of Product Owners, Product Delivery Leads, IT Platform Owners, IT Security and third party vendors.The Digital IT Manager will also act as the point of contact for the business side for any technical support at all stages of the transformation projects.
- College diploma or university degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Technology or Information Systems
- ITIL, CSSLP, AWS Certifications are required
- 7 years of related IT Infrastructure or IT Management experience
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Experience participating and implementing Digital Initiatives within the Cloud environment
- Technology Stack: AWS, Akamai, Dynatrace, Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, Tealium, Jira, Confluence, ZenDesk
