Overview
Do you have experience and a passion in disability management and return to work practices? As a Manager, Client Services you\xe2\x80\x99ll lead a multi-disciplinary case management team focused on the rehabilitation and return-to-work of persons injured in the course of their employment. This role is integral to the effective operations of Case Management Services and the delivery of service excellence to our stakeholders. You\xe2\x80\x99ll manage operations at the local level and support effective service provincially by participating on the Claims and Rehabilitation Services leadership team.

Where you\xe2\x80\x99ll work
At WorkSafeBC, we offer a hybrid work model that combines the convenience of working remotely with the dynamism of working in one of offices, based on the operational needs of the position.
In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll work from your B.C. home and onsite at our Prince George office. You can anticipate working in the office for a minimum period of one to two weeks at a time each month to support a team-based approach to serve our client group.
