You're good at:

Communicating effectively with your team and achieving results

Advising others on effectively managing major commercial claims

Leading others, not just as a manager

You have:

Proven expertise in automotive/transportation insurance

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience

At least 10 years of experience in claims, major claims management and general management
