Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations of our wings restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service, high-quality food standards, and efficient team management while driving sales and maintaining a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures
Lead, train, schedule, and supervise staff to ensure strong performance and teamwork
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and safety
Ensure exceptional customer service and promptly resolve guest concerns
Monitor inventory, order supplies, and control food and labor costs
Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Track sales, prepare reports, and implement strategies to increase revenue
Oversee cash handling, POS systems, and daily financial accountability
Ensure consistency in wing flavors, portioning, and overall menu execution
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager (fast-casual or wing concept preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
Experience managing high-volume restaurants
Familiarity with inventory and cost-control systems
