Visit us today and check out to see why more people from across the globe are moving here.About the OpportunityThe Manager Child and Adolescent Services is responsible for planning, developing, implementing, supervising and evaluating the Mental Health and Addictions Child and Adolescent clinical outpatient teams. The Manager oversees a team responsible for the clinical and administrative operations that support clients in our core services. As part of the administrative operations, the Manager oversees the administrative team and is responsible to oversee any issues related to the site(s) where services are provided.The Manager Child and Adolescent Services monitors clinical service delivery on a day-to-day basis to ensure service provision is in accordance with Nova Scotia Health Authority\'s policies and procedures and is compliant with evidence-based practice, provincial standards, accreditation requirements and provincial service delivery model, CAPA. Working closely with the Eastern Zone Director, Head of Psychiatry, Mental Health & Addictions Managers, and all other relevant staff, physician and academic leaders, the Manager provides strategic and operational leadership that supports excellence in service delivery, integration of mental health and addiction service provision, and collaboration with other program areas.About YouWe would love to hear from you if you have the following:
