Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Manager to lead our team at The Garden On King. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. Your leadership will be key in creating a welcoming environment for both staff and patrons.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the patio bar to ensure smooth functioning. Lead and manage the team, fostering a positive work environment. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Conduct staff training to maintain high standards of service. Manage budgets and financial performance, including sales tracking and reporting. Engage with customers to gather feedback and improve service offerings.

Requirements

Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent communication skills; bilingualism is an asset. Familiarity with retail management practices is preferred. Basic math skills for budgeting and inventory management.
