Your responsibilities as manager:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business; Ensure that your team delivers an outstanding customer experience; Ensure administrative and human resources management; Control inventories and marketing; Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed; Keep your site ready for business to maximize sales; Above all, have fun with your co-workers.

To be a manager, you need :

Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) an asset; Two years' experience as a retail manager or equivalent experience.
