Responsibilities




Lead and mentor a small team of campus recruitment professionals in the Prairies region, including performance management, coaching, and development Define the regional approach and priorities to deliver on the national campus strategy -- including managing targets, resource allocation, and execution in alignment with firm goals Manage relationships and collaborate with internal senior stakeholders (regional/service line leaders, regional human capital leads) Manage and build relationship with external stakeholders (university faculty, career centres, academic institutions) to enhance brand presence, strengthen partnerships, and broaden candidate pipelines Oversee the budget for regional campus recruitment activities (e.g., events, swag, sponsorships) Develop and track key KPIs for the region (e.g., applications, offer acceptance rates, yield from schools, diversity metrics, time to fill, event ROI) and report insights to the national team Lead or represent the Prairies region in national campus initiatives; ensure regional adaptation of national tools and materials, while contributing to talent brand best practices and national alignment

Skills and Experience




Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field Minimum 1 year of experience managing campus recruitment or early talent programs, with proven success leading both people and projects Experience in a professional services environment preferred (or in a high-volume recruitment / employer branding setting) Strong stakeholder management skills: ability to negotiate, collaborate, and influence across levels (faculty, regional senior leaders, national leadership) Strategic mindset: skilled at analyzing data, interpreting trends, and making recommendations to adjust regional tactics Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable engaging senior leadership Highly organized, with strong project management skills to manage multiple initiatives, budgets, and timelines simultaneously Proficiency with recruitment tools, metrics dashboards, and MS Office; familiarity with event management and post-secondary institution recruitment platforms Bilingualism considered an asset Willing to travel within the region as needed, with occasional evening or weekend work for events
