Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced manager to oversee daily operations in our fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and food handling, with a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality. Current Osmow's Shawarma experience would be a definite asset! As a manager you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our team operates smoothly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff during shifts to ensure efficient operations. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Manage operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to uphold company standards and deliver excellent service. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed to maintain stock. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the restaurant or kitchen area at all times. Collaborate on and implement policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests. Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred. Current Osmow's Shawarma experience would be ideal. Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in supervising staff. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A background in hospitality or hotel management is a plus. Experience as a cook or in kitchen operations is beneficial.
