You'll lead, coach, and scale our Business Development Representative (BDR) team, enabling the Sales and Growth functions to expand pipeline and accelerate bookings. In this role, you'll set team objectives, define performance frameworks, and lead the execution of best-in-class processes that convert prospects into qualified opportunities.
