Department Overview

TD Business Banking provides financial solutions to Canadian businesses of all sizes across a wide range of industries. The Business Banking Strategy Enablement team is transforming how we serve business customers across our strategic technology programs. Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven credit experience as a credit underwriter

Job Details

The Canadian Business Bank is undertaking a major program to modernize our Credit and Sales experience via process improvement and implementing industry leading SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions.

Reporting (temporarily, pending NEW transition) to the AVP Credit Process Transformation & Platform Delivery and working closely with other Business Banking and Program Delivery teams, this will be a key role in managing the adoption, sustainment and enhancements of our new credit platform and processes

Accountabilities:

Stakeholder Management
  • Primary point of contact for in-production field users
  • Work with Program team to understand the road map for replacement of Carma Credit
  • Liaise with vendor to understand product development roadmap, provide TD inputs to influence roadmap
  • Work with Business Banking Information Systems and technology support teams to ensure user access issues are resolved; identify and drive timely fixes of any defects
  • Liaise with program team to understand impact of recommended changes
  • Actively involve Segment Subject Matter Experts in functional assessment and prioritization
Intake
  • Be the primary conduit for proactive and reactive end-users input on enhancements
  • Assess and prioritize product enhancements from vendor
  • Contribute to and participate in prioritization of a common backlog of features and functionality
  • Create artifacts to support identified enhancements
Change Management
  • Support and participate in training for Day 1 and Day 2 changes, be a key participant in providing post launch support
  • Support adoption by identifying and tracking KPIs and raising any areas of concern
  • Identifying, developing and updating in-application reporting
  • Identify and update key reference materials leveraged in the end-to-end credit process
