Summary



Our organization has been going through a tremendous amount of growth, and we're set to take some more big strides forward. With the expansion of our leadership team we want to improve some of existing business divisions and assist in the launching of some new ones. Bringing the additional leadership into our organization is critical to assist with our strategic growth plan.

The correct individual(s) will be both effective people managers, organized, ability to work in a fast pace environment and great at task management. It will be important to learn about our business, and our employees but also help to push us to standardize, document and hold accountable. Change management will need to be a strength as we have a very established team, who are great at what they do, but we need to continue to develop and train to allow them to move forward into different directions and be a part of our next decade of growth.

The right candidate(s) will be responsible for amalgamating with existing team members, eventually leading a business unit, ensuring smooth execution of departmental activities, and maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

This position requires a leader who is hands-on with strong organizational skills, a commitment to continuous improvement, and the ability to foster a positive team culture. Ability to contribute to a growing company while developing leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities



To help oversee daily logistics within a dynamic service and retail environment. Lead and manage day-to-day operations of a business unit. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered consistently. Coach, train and develop staff to enhance team performance. Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks such as scheduling, inventory, customer communications, and service delivery. Monitor workflows and adjust resources to meet operational demands. Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Support initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and service quality. Ensure team members uphold company standards in all client interactions. Track and report on departmental performance metrics. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth interdepartmental operations. Assist in implementing process improvements and operational initiatives.

Qualifications



2-4 years of experience in a supervisory or management role. Experienced within retail, service or logistics industries. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities. Experience in seasonal and customer-facing industries. Proficiency in basic office software and operational systems. Ability to train and develop staff effectively. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Ability to work long days during peak season.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
