That\xe2\x80\x99s why SickKids Foundation is looking for a new Manager, Brand Strategy, Governance & Production.Position Status: Permanent Full-TimeAvailable: ImmediatelyDescription of the Position:The Manager, Brand Strategy, Governance & Production has the primary responsibility of assisting the internal team on driving strategy for the brand and managing brand lead content. They will oversee brand governance and education across the organization, and are responsible for brand health, reputation, and integrity. They will also work with Hospital partners for integration opportunities and assist in brand productions at the Hospital for Sick Children. The Manager is accountable for project management, from planning through to execution, including workflow and budget management.You will:

  • Gain a deep understanding of the brand and act as primary point of contact for internal and external partners, overseeing brand governance, consultation and education
  • Have overall accountability and leadership for brand health, reputation and integrity
  • Oversee brand lead content across owned and paid channels
  • Work in partnership with lead contacts at the Hospital for Sick Children on various projects, including brand productions (i.e. film and photoshoots) within the Hospital
  • Be responsible for the management of all brand assets, including organizing and updating files
  • Establish knowledge of each fundraising channel business requirements and proactively anticipates client needs, identifies solutions and increases the value of service
  • Develop creative briefs, proposals and presents project deliverables, such as creative, to partners
  • Collaborate with the content and creative services team on the production of marketing and communication materials for brand content
  • In collaboration with the Associate Director, Brand Strategy, Governance & Production participates in brand related strategic planning session, working closely together with client and external agency strategy team
  • Manage external agencies, suppliers and vendor relationships ensuring projects are delivered on-time and on-budget
  • Execute and manages the adherence to the established service level agreements with internal fundraising partners and external agencies

  • Degree in Marketing/Communications or related field
  • 5+ years in progressive marketing roles with understanding of marketing strategy and support, overall media landscape, including digital and brand advertising
  • Prior experience at an advertising agency will be considered an asset
  • Ability to lead and execute creative development and production processes
  • Knowledge of creative design concepts including graphic design, print production
  • Excels at building relationships and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong collaboration and cross-functional influencing skills
  • Experience managing and working in collaboration with creative agencies
  • Superior attention to detail as well as excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • A \xe2\x80\x9chands on\xe2\x80\x9d creative and dynamic approach for delivering project results with a focus on best practices
  • Strong project management and performance measurement skills
  • Ability to think strategically and problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to manage a large volume of work while thriving in a fast paced, high expectation environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and demands at a time
  • Highly proficient in use of Microsoft 365
