Department Overview:
The Brand Strategy & Campaign Delivery team is responsible for creating and bringing to life a world class brand with purpose marketing strategy that drives brand affinity and consideration.
This team is responsible for driving the brand with purpose strategy across all channels and the enterprise by leveraging/uncovering consumer insights, monitoring trends, building marketing strategies and plans, developing, and executing integrated marketing campaigns, management and allocation of the marketing budget, and measuring/improving in market results.

Provide strategic advice, be the voice of the Brand and provide executional leadership and excellence across Brand go to market plans.
Partner with agencies and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
Build and protect the bank's Brand by identifying the strengths and weaknesses, recognizing the drivers and indicators of Brand health and recommending strategies to drive enterprise level Brand consideration, both customer-facing and internally.
Lead the development and execution of brand campaigns including media strategy and executional excellence.
Partner with Insights and Analytics partners to understand & synthesize consumer trends, identifying research gaps and planning market research, interpreting consumer information, anticipating customer opportunities, generating & applying customer insights.
Effectively bring to life the Brand strategy across channels and demonstrate strong creative acumen and brand building skills in a complex environment.
Establish, educate, and embed brand with purpose principles in Marketing and internally across the Enterprise to ensure a meaningful and consistent application of the positioning in Canada.
Deliver and Monitor Results and provide strategic interpretation of results to drive business objectives

Deep knowledge of marketing communications and Brand strategies supported by 8+ years of leading marketing strategy and the development of omni-channel, multi-tactic marketing communications programs that deliver on that strategy.
Able to manage through: budget, project management, results reporting, analysis and problem solving.
Strong, proven Marketing Communications skills across the full range of marketing mix channels - digital, social, content, SEM, television, print, radio, experiential, content, owned channels, etc.
Ability to evaluate creative and media messages that are on strategy, create breakthrough, deliver results and award-winning campaigns.
Demonstrate a customer focused disposition to bring insights to life.
