The impact you'll make:






Reporting into the Director, Brand & Marketing, the Manager, Brand & Marketing will lead critical brand and marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on assisting and owning the execution of brand marketing campaigns and initiatives. This includes overseeing cross-functional assets, tactics, and timelines to ensure all moving pieces come together seamlessly, while contributing to strategy development and helping to ground decisions in consumer insights. Working closely with cross-functional teams, they ensure the development and execution of impactful campaigns that align with business objectives, foster community member engagement through compelling storytelling & education, and uphold brand values.



Equal parts creative and analytical, the ideal candidate must be curious, strategic, detail-oriented, and be able to operate in a fast-paced and agile environment. Ideally, you will have substantial Marketing & Product management experience (3+ years) within consumer goods and/or retail industry.

What you'll do:





The Manager, Brand & Product Marketing plays a key role in leading the execution of Saje's marketing efforts, from conception to completion, ensuring flawless delivery of GTM initiatives and consumer-facing activations. The role seeks a confident individual with a knack for brand & products, and a passion for consumer-centric marketing.



Key Responsibilities:




Campaign Strategy & Execution:

Develop, oversee, and own the execution of high-impact, 360 go-to-market campaigns and initiatives. Contribute to the development of strategic direction by leveraging consumer insights and ensuring plans ladder back to business objectives. Lead cross-functional coordination of assets, tactics, and timelines in collaboration with creative, product, digital, retail, and finance.

Cross-functional Coordination & Leadership:

Serve as a primary liaison and champion of our brand across departments to maintain brand consistency. Have a strong pulse on all cross-functional deliverables and moving pieces to ensure campaigns and events ladder back to the broader marketing strategy.

Project Management:

Lead and manage end-to-end planning, execution, and post-campaign analysis for key brand projects. Apply strong project management skills to keep initiatives on track, ensuring delivery aligns with strategic goals, timelines, and quality standards while valorizing the Saje brand.

Consumer Events:

Own the strategy and execution of consumer-facing events, in partnership with an external events agency. Ensure events are strategically linked to our overall marketing objectives, driving community connection, brand awareness, and engagement.

Data-driven Insights:

Analyze category performance and market trends, conduct post-mortem analyses, and apply consumer insights to refine future campaigns, strengthen engagement, and inform strategic decisions.



We'd love to hear from you if you have:




3+ years of experience in brand and product marketing management, with a strong track record in consumer goods or retail industries. Proven experience in cross-functional leadership and strategic, omnichannel campaign execution with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Keen attention to detail in planning, organization, and execution of tasks, while still seeing the big picture and understanding how all the pieces fit together and affect one another. Analytical mindset with a focus on KPIs and data-driven decisions, with high expectations of self and team. You are customer obsessed and are passionate about customer & marketing trends, both existing and emerging You have an ability to understand high level objectives and vision. You're able to cut through ambiguity to translate them into actionable tasks and takeaways to get things done. You are solutions-oriented, seeing problems as opportunities to improve.

The compensation range on average for this position is from

$90,000-$95,000 annually

. Base pay is dependent on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
