The Opportunity:




As the Manager, Brand & Digital Marketing, you'll report to the Head of Global Marketing and play a key role in driving Hunter Amenities' global brand presence across all performance and content marketing channels. You'll lead the execution of integrated, omni-channel campaigns that ensure 360 brand consistency, support lead generation, and elevate awareness across B2B and hospitality markets worldwide.


You bring a strong balance of strategic insight and hands-on execution -- combining expertise in digital performance marketing with a deep understanding of brand storytelling, paid media, social content, trade shows, and email marketing.



Key Duties & Responsibilities




Execute Global Strategy: Support the overarching global marketing strategy, ensuring brand positioning is consistently represented across all media channels and initiatives. Brand Builder: Lead full-funnel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, leveraging data to optimize performance, engagement, and budget efficiency. Integrated Production Management: Oversee day-to-day planning and production of integrated assets -- from paid media and organic social to trade show creative, PR, and lead generation campaigns. Social Storytelling: Develop and guide organic social strategies that align with global and regional priorities, including new brand launches, category highlights (hotel, airline, cruise, gym, retail), and employee features. HubSpot & CRM Expertise: Leverage HubSpot to help regional marketing managers create targeted, data-driven communications that drive lead generation and conversion. Leadership & Team Development: Manage and mentor the Digital Marketing Coordinator, setting clear goals, ensuring alignment to brand standards, and fostering professional growth. Regional Collaboration: Partner closely with regional marketing managers to provide strategic support and hands-on production guidance tailored to regional needs and market nuances.


Qualifications & Experience


3-5+ years of marketing experience with a focus on CRM, email, paid media, and content production. Proven experience leading multi-channel B2B performance marketing in a fast-growing or transformation-stage company. Strong project management skills; adept at managing multiple priorities and navigating ambiguity. Experience collaborating with cross-functional and global teams. Proficiency in content creation across channels -- paid digital, organic social, presentations, and email -- with adaptable writing skills. Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred; Salesforce or Marketo also valuable). Familiarity with digital analytics and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify). Demonstrated experience managing direct reports and nurturing talent. Proficiency in Canva (Adobe InDesign experience a plus). Strong end-to-end project management skills with production and creative teams. Experience in hospitality, e-commerce, or B2C marketing considered an asset.
