We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our team and drive operational excellence in our retail environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a proven track record in retail management. This role requires effective communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities



Must required INDIAN RESTRAUNT experience for 2 YEARS atleast.

Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency. Manage and train staff, providing ongoing development and support to enhance team performance. Implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize sales and enhance the customer experience. Conduct interviews, recruit new team members, and manage onboarding processes. Handle payroll processing, cash handling, and budgeting responsibilities with accuracy. Monitor inventory levels, assist with purchasing decisions, and ensure proper pricing strategies are in place. Utilize POS systems for sales transactions and maintain accurate financial records through bookkeeping practices. Develop marketing initiatives to promote store offerings and drive traffic. Foster a collaborative team environment through effective communication and leadership practices. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a safe working environment.

Requirements



Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes positively. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are preferred to enhance customer interactions. Experience in recruiting, training & development, and team management is essential. Proficient in cash handling, payroll processing, budgeting, and administrative tasks. Excellent organizational skills with strong time management capabilities. Solid understanding of merchandising principles and retail sales strategies. Effective communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Familiarity with marketing concepts and promotional strategies is a plus. Basic math skills for accurate financial transactions and pricing adjustments.
