What You'll Do

As the

Restaurant Manager

, you'll be an energetic and supportive leader who:

Leads by example to create an exceptional guest experience -- every guest, every time. Inspires and develops a team of supervisors and team members through training, coaching, and ongoing feedback. Ensures Tim Hortons standards for quality, service, cleanliness, and hospitality are always met. Oversees day-to-day operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and labour controls. Fosters a positive, respectful work culture that supports communication, collaboration, and growth. Takes ownership of operational goals and works closely with ownership to drive performance and profitability.

What We're Looking For

Previous restaurant or retail management experience (Tim Hortons or QSR experience is a strong asset). Excellent communication and leadership skills -- able to motivate, delegate, and build team morale. A passion for guest satisfaction and community connection. Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining calm, positive leadership.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
