The Opportunity:
Postmedias Audience team is looking for a Manager, Audiences to support the development of fresh and innovative audience segments with a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem. This role requires someone who can bridge the gap between publisher needs, sales strategies, and campaign execution, while being groomed into a Data Management Platform (DMP) expert.
Youll split your time between building new audience segments and supporting sales efforts by bringing actionable audience insights to life. Were looking for someone who understands how campaign management works, how audience segmentation powers media performance, and what publishers need to effectively deliver against advertiser expectations.
Youre not afraid to roll up your sleevesxe2x80x94youre a self-starter, comfortable working independently and in cross-functional teams. On a day-to-day basis, youll be the go-to person connecting audience insights with business outcomes, always keeping the big picture in mind.
