Description:
The Clinical Care Manager for the Athabasca & Boyle Healthcare Centre(s) performs a leadership role in the Emergency Department and on Acute Care, reporting directly to the Site Manager. This position is responsible and accountable for providing the direction, team leadership, and organization over the activities in both areas and in support of the vision, mission, and business plan of Alberta Health Services. This position is responsible and accountable for making front line unit-level decisions and having direct leadership responsibility for contributing to the achievement of goals in the Emergency Department and on Acute Care.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Bachelor of Nursing. Demonstrated leadership skills on resume and in practice. Three to five years of experience in frontline nursing. A demonstrated clear pattern of professional and personal development. Additional Required Qualifications: As required. Preferred Qualifications: Emergency nursing and/or acute nursing experience. Previous experience working in a leadership capacity.
