Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures
Lead, train, schedule, and motivate FOH and BOH staff
Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve guest concerns
Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and presentation
Monitor labor, inventory, and food costs to meet budget targets
Support staff training and performance management
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
Assist with promotions and initiatives to increase sales
Qualifications
2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
Kitchen experience is an asset but not required
Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
