As Care Manager, you will make front-line unit-level decisions, and serve as the main contact person for staff, physicians, patients, and the public as you lead and contribute to reaching unit goals and providing safe, efficient patient and family-centered care in alignment with AHS\'s vision, mission, and business plan. As the Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing effective leadership and strategic direction to an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals in the Acute Care, Emergency, and Long Term Care departments in the delivery of safe and high-quality patient and family-centered care services. You will be making key decisions, providing clinical guidance and support as well as coordinating staffing, and contributing to the achievement of goals of each department, AHS vision, mission, and business plan. Moreover, you will be responsible for facilitating improvement initiatives, fostering and maintaining dynamic and engaging teamwork and collaborative relationship with key stakeholders.
