Your Opportunity:
In addition to a competitive rate of pay, AHS currently has a Remote Retention Allowance in place to an annual maximum of $3,000. This allowance is non-pensionable and is payable on an hourly basis for all hours paid at the basic rate of pay.
Description:
As the Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing effective leadership and strategic direction to an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals in the Acute Care, Emergency, Outpatient departments, and Long-Term Care in the delivery of safe and high-quality patient and family-centered care services. You will be making key decisions, providing clinical guidance and support as well as coordinating staffing, and contributing to the achievement of goals of each department, AHS vision, mission, and business plan. Moreover, you will be responsible for facilitating improvement initiatives, fostering, and maintaining dynamic and engaging teamwork and collaborative relationship with key stakeholders.
