Position: Manager, Accounts Receivable Operations
Location: Toronto, ON
Job Type: PermanentQuantum is on the hunt for a Manager of Accounts Receivable Operations for it\'s downtown client!As the Manager of Accounts Receivable Operations, you will lead a team responsible for ensuring the efficient billing and collection processes. Your role is crucial in guaranteeing strong financial outcomes and high customer satisfaction levels through effective management of payment processing and vendor relationships.Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise a team of employees in the revenue and accounts receivable functional area.
- Supervise the payment processing system, which bills issues annually, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage third-party vendors including day-to-day issue resolution.
- Act as a lead or subject matter expert for projects related to changes/improvements to highly complex customer information and billing systems and processes.
- Authorize bill adjustments and refunds.Qualifications:- Bachelor\'s degree, preferably in Commerce, Business, Finance, or Accounting.
- 5-7 years of professional-level experience in a customer service environment with expertise in billing, collections, or payment processing.
- 3-5 years of project and/or supervisory experience preferred.
- Certified Credit Professional (CCP) or Fellow, Credit Institute (FCI) certificate preferred.
- Six Sigma or project management certification preferred.
- Experience in commercial, residential billing, credit, and/or collection laws preferred.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and business judgment skills.
