What You'll Accomplish in This Role

  • Manage a portfolio of clients across various industries, ensuring the delivery of high-quality accounting, assurance, and tax services.
  • Review audit, review, and compilation engagements in accordance with professional and firm standards.
  • Lead multiple engagements simultaneously, managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Support partners in developing and executing business plans and engagement budgets.
  • Guide, mentor, and train team members at all levels, fostering technical excellence and career development.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and government agencies to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and client value creation.
  • Participate in firm-wide initiatives such as recruitment, performance reviews, and staff training.
  • Contribute to marketing and business development efforts that support the firm's continued growth and success.
What You'll Bring to the Table
  • CPA designation (required).
  • Approximately 5 years of experience in a public accounting setting.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a client-service mindset.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Technical proficiency with common accounting software packages.
  • Strategic thinking and initiative, with the ability to identify and address client and team needs proactively.
  • Experience mentoring and managing junior staff.
  • Desire to advance toward partnership within a growing firm.

Compensation & Details
? Salary Range: $90-110K + performance-based bonus
? Location: Markham, Hybrid (3 days in office)
