We are looking for new and experienced managers.
Requirements
Qualified CPA with a minimum 4 years of recent public practice experience
Skilled in assurance and compilation engagements
Skilled in the preparation of financial statements for assurance engagements
Experience with tax planning for both personal and corporate clients
Aptitude for improving internal systems and processes
Strong team leadership skills with aptitude for training and developing staff
Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple engagements and associates
Develop and maintain all aspects of client services
Manages assurance, accounting, and tax engagements
Manages aspects of production and client billing
Actively lead and develop work teams to successfully meet and exceed a varying range of client needs and expectations
Support and participate in firm wide initiatives
Promotes the firm's Quality Control Standards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
