Operating in a culture of cooperation and collaboration, we achieve our goals and objectives based on values of student-focused solutions, integrity of academic records and continuous innovative improvements.Reporting to the Assistant Director, Admissions, the Manager, Academic Culture and English Program is responsible for the development, planning and coordination of the Academic Culture and English Program at U of T Mississauga (ACE@UTM). The program meets the English language facility requirement for admission to U of T and significantly contributes to U of T Mississauga\'s strategy in the admission, recruitment, retention, and academic success of international students. As the key point person, the Manager works closely with other team members in theOffice of the Registrar, a number of U of T and U of T Mississauga departments, as well as external service providers to ensure the smooth delivery of the program and to provide support to ACE@UTM students during their transition from prospective studentto new student status at U of T Mississauga. The Manager is responsible for reviewing trends and evaluations to support future direction of the program, undertaking on-going analysis and research to support program development and/or new initiatives.
