This is a leadership role that works in collaboration with senior administration on departmental matters and supports the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.To be successful, the ideal candidate needs to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to plan and prioritize work for themselves and their team with a view to long term goals. This role supports all members of the Department (faculty, students, staff) and requires a people-centered approach while ensuring compliance with policy and process.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a relevant discipline and five years of related experience in financial administration, operational management, strategic planning, project management, personnel management, faculty affairs and curriculum development, planning and coordination.
