Summary

Chula is seeking a Management Trainee to join our dynamic team in Toronto. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop leadership skills while immersing yourself in the vibrant culture of Mexican cuisine. As a Management Trainee, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting our restaurant operations.'

Assist in daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service.

Support management in implementing marketing strategies and promotional activities. Engage with customers to enhance their dining experience. Help oversee inventory control and stock management. Participate in staff training and development initiatives. Contribute to maintaining high standards of customer service. Support administrative tasks such as data entry and scheduling. Collaborate with team members to achieve business goals.'

'Qualifications'

Must worked in food service industry for at least 3 years. Strong organizational and communication skills. Customer service experience preferred. Ability to work well in a team environment. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) Enthusiasm for learning about restaurant operations and management. Previous retail or sales experience is a plus. Bilingual abilities are advantageous but not required.'
