Store Management



Cash Canada Pawn is a private owned and operated pawn shop chain located in Western Canada, with 16 locations in Alberta, BC, and Saskatchewan. We are looking to expand with new stores in the Saskatoon Market. We are a fun-loving group of people who love what we do and how we do it. We are looking for a candidate with management experience to oversee the daily operations of our pawn shop. The responsibilities of this role include managing staff, scheduling, customer service, inventory management, and overall store operations.

Requirements:



High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to Pass a Criminal Record Check Minimum of 3 year experience in retail management preferred. Must be able to work independently and with a team. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. Must have reliable transportation to get to work. Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle preferred Ability to read and understand a financial statement Ability to communicate effectively with customers and other staff members. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Ability to adapt to change and grow with the company. Ability to learn new processes quickly and implement them accordingly.
Responsibilities:

Manage store operations including hiring, training, attendance tracking, and disciplining of staff members. Maintain overall store pawning with daily follow up. Manage customer service by answering incoming calls and scheduling appointments for customers based on their needs. Manage customer complaints by providing excellent customer service; communicating with customers about their experience; resolving customer issues; upgrading customer experiences as needed. Manage staff by providing excellent customer service; communicating with customers about their needs; managing staff members; directing workflow; motivating staff members; assessing performance; consulting on policies and procedures; leading by example.

Pay: $45,000+/Year Plus Performance Based Monthly Incentives. (Assistant Manager Pay Range, Store Management Position Increased)
