Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated and ambitious individuals to join our Management Trainee Program. This structured 6-month training program provides exposure to key areas of the business, including Production, Sanitation, Quality Assurance, Warehouse & Logistics, and other operational functions.
The goal of this program is to provide a solid foundation in bakery operations while developing leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. A performance assessment will be conducted at the 3-month mark, followed by a final evaluation at the end of 6 months to determine continued employment and placement into a supervisory or management track role.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in rotational assignments across Production, Sanitation, Quality Assurance, Warehouse, and other operational functions.
Learn and apply company policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
Support supervisors and managers in day-to-day operations.
Assist in initiatives related to efficiency, productivity, and compliance.
Gain hands-on knowledge of food safety, HACCP, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify challenges and propose solutions.
Develop leadership skills through mentorship, coaching, and structured training.
Complete required evaluations, assignments, and progress reports throughout the program.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Food Science, Operations Management, or related field (preferred).
Strong interest in food manufacturing and operations.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Leadership potential with the desire to grow into a management role.
Flexibility to work various shifts based on operational needs.
Compensation & Benefits:
Annual salary: $40,000 - $45,000, based on experience.
