Job description A&W Langley is Expanding Their Management TEAM!! We are looking for a Supervisor for our Port kells location in Langley. Qualifications & Skills:

• Advanced understanding of all quick-service restaurant operations
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to coach, train and motivate team members
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Dealing with Guest Concerns and winning them back;
• Computer knowledge in Office or OpenOffice;
• Professional positive team leader, dependable, takes initiative;
• Should expect to work 16+ hours per week;
• Must be available to work flexible hours overnights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Training, leading and coaching team members to achieve our brand standards of exceptional Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
• Building sales and profitability through excellent operations
• Accountable for operating profitability by monitoring and controlling food, paper and labor costs while on shift
• Ensuring all Team Members are trained to deliver exceptional quality, service and cleanliness through initial and ongoing training
• Ensuring all company programs, practices and systems are implemented and executed properly
• Working with the management team to identify problem areas and work with them to come up with and implement solutions
• Creating and maintaining a positive work climate that promotes best-in-class.
• Dealing with guest concerns and winning them back

Experience:

• Food industry: 2 year (required)
