We are seeking a qualified

Management Consultant

to support the growth and standardization of a newly launched Quad-A accredited surgical center. This is a temporary position with the responsibility of providing strategic and operational guidance across the organization's key business functions.

This is a full-time/on-site role, with a duration of 2 years, in Austin, Texas.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze operations and propose improvements in workflows, regulatory compliance, and patient experience. Create and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for clinical, administrative, sales, and marketing areas. Develop and lead staff training programs. Ensure processes align with Quad-A accreditation standards and industry best practices. Review and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend systems to improve efficiency, retention, and profitability. Propose integration of CRM, EMR, and patient engagement tools. Collaborate with leadership on team structure, resource allocation, and performance optimization.

Requirements:

Position open exclusively to Mexican and Canadian citizens eligible under TN Visa Sponsorship. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Previous experience in management consulting or healthcare operations. Proven ability to design processes, build compliance frameworks, and train staff. Strong communication, project management, and interpersonal skills. High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence. Advanced English proficiency (both conversational and written).

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
