Looking for an outgoing, fun, and thoughtful MALE to provide support for a 34-year-old male within his community. Someone within his age group would be ideal . This role would be best suited for someone who is flexible, reliable and can provide creative and enjoyable community experiences. Someone who can engage a curious man with lots of different interests while maintaining a calm and adaptable energy. You should posses a willingness to learn about the individual for potential role and life skills development and be able to communicate well. You will follow the lead and direction of the family, but you will also work closely with the individual to work out a potential weekly schedule. He loves sports (golf, hockey, lacrosse), cooking, working out, volunteering, bowling, movies \xe2\x80\x93 to name a few. Potential Hours: 5-10 hours per week starting at $ 16-17 an hour. The family is also looking for someone that might also be available for a week or two of doing respite (staying at the home), if they were to go on holidays. He is very Independent with most ADLs but would benefit from supervision and encouragement. **This is a self-employed Independent Support Worker position.
