The ideal candidate will have a flair for creativity and a strong understanding of beauty trends, makeup techniques, and customer service. As a Makeup Artist, you will provide exceptional makeup application services while ensuring a delightful experience for our clients. Your role will also involve promoting products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.

Responsibilities

Provide professional makeup application services for various occasions, including events, photoshoots, and special occasions. Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in all makeup applications and tools used. Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations. Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries. Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients about makeup techniques and product usage. Promote retail sales by upselling products that complement the services provided. Offer additional beauty services such as body waxing, hair styling, eyelash extensions, nail care, and guest services as needed. Foster a welcoming atmosphere that reflects hospitality and enhances the overall client experience.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information about products and services. Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a clean working environment. Experience in retail sales with a focus on upselling beauty products. Proficiency in makeup application techniques tailored to different skin types and occasions. Familiarity with body waxing, hair styling, eyelash extensions, nail care, and other beauty treatments is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual responsibilities. Pay: From $1,515.00 per hour
