The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of fine dining etiquette and will be responsible for overseeing the dining room operations, ensuring that guests receive outstanding service throughout their visit. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.
Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize the dining experience.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the service staff to maintain high standards of service.
Train new staff on service protocols, menu offerings, and customer engagement techniques.
Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality control.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
Monitor inventory levels of supplies and assist in ordering as necessary.

Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests and staff alike.
Knowledge of fine dining etiquette, wine pairings, and menu offerings is highly desirable.

Proficient in using reservation systems and point-of-sale software is a plus.
