Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Process incoming requisitions and issue or distribute parts and supplies for internal usage Maintain records of orders and the amount, type and location of parts and supplies on hand using manual or computerized inventory system Maintain inventory of spare and replacement parts Assume Administrative duties as directed, including those related to invoicing, scanning inspection sheet and other documents in various software systems Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications/Skills

Post Secondary Diploma would be an asset Experience with parts would be an asset Computer literate Strong attention to detail Good communication skills Strong team player Organizational, and problem-solving skills
