Maintenance Technician / Handyman - Commercial Building

Hours:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Salary:

$4,000 per month

Commercial property (30+ units)

We are seeking an experienced

Maintenance Technician / Handyman

to maintain and service a commercial building with over 30 units. The ideal candidate will be reliable, skilled in multiple trades, and capable of handling day-to-day maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the building Plumbing repairs (leaks, fixtures, drains, toilets, etc.) Basic HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting Electrical repairs (lighting, outlets, switches, breakers) Routine inspections and preventative maintenance Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner Maintain cleanliness and safety of common areas Coordinate with contractors when required Ensure compliance with building safety standards

Requirements:

Proven experience maintaining

commercial buildings with 30+ units

Strong knowledge of

plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems

Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Own basic tools (preferred) Previous commercial maintenance experience required
