POSITION: Maintenance/Groundskeeper

Full-timePOSITION SUMMARY: The Maintenance position is responsible for performing established maintenance procedures, emergency repairs, grounds/garden maintenance, and scheduled preventative maintenance assignments, consistent with Ritz Lutheran Villa's Mission, Vision and Values.REPORTS TO: Director, Building ServicesDATE REQUIRED: As soon as possibleSALARY: $19.23 to $22.59 per hourQUALIFICATIONS:Education:
- Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalentAbilities:
- Ability to repair all types of equipment
- Horticulture experience considered an asset
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Good physical condition with the ability to regularly use tools, equipment, lift, push and pull
