Maintenance

Worker

The

Building Maintenance Worker

provides basic maintenance and general upkeep to the facility and grounds, depicting the pride of ownership and respect for our residents and delivering on our promise to residents to provide a safe and clean home in which to live.

Responsibilities:

Maintain all common areas including entrance and exits, ensure walkways are clear, elevators, hallways, stairs, windows and common rooms. Maintain the grounds, including landscaped areas, sidewalks and parking lot. Perform seasonal duties as required. Assist with minor maintenance as needed

Qualifications:

Prior experience with building maintenance including painting, plastering, minor carpentry and plumbing, etc. would be an asset. Must be physically fit and able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs without assistance. Has a strong customer service focus and is a team player who is willing to pitch in wherever required.
North Pond Manor offers a health and dental plan. North Pond Manor will also arrange and cover costs for First Aid, TB Testing and Criminal Background Checks that are mandatory prior to employment.
