Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities through effective maintenance practices. This role requires a proactive individual who can troubleshoot issues, perform repairs, and maintain equipment in optimal condition. Strong customer service skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and facilities. Inspect and troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems. Foster relationships with local companies when tradespeople need to be called in. Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and components. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. Provide excellent customer service by addressing facility-related concerns promptly. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment. Work with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize disruption to operations.

ualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certifications or training in maintenance preferred. Proven experience in maintenance or a related field. Strong Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to operate maintenance tools and equipment. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.30 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
