Job Description

Responsibilities include but not limited to calling and meeting with contractors, following franchise standards for preventative maintenance, occupational health and safety, minor electrical and plumbing, HVAC and PTAC maintenance, ability to work unsupervised, self-starter, painting and drywalling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
