Based on experienceWe are currently seeking a reliable and skilled
Maintenance Worker
to assist with various property maintenance tasks on an as-needed basis. This position is ideal for someone who is flexible, dependable, and experienced in general maintenance work.Responsibilities Include:
Snow clearing
(walkways, driveways, entrances)Painting and plastering
(touch-ups, wall repairs, etc.)Minor plumbing
(unclogging drains, fixing leaks, replacing fixtures)Minor electrical work
(changing light fixtures, outlets, switches) General upkeep and repairs as requiredRequirements:
Prior experience in property maintenance (residential and/or commercial) Must have a
valid driver's license
and aclear driving abstract
Own transportation
is required; Mileage reimbursement will be provided Ability to respond to calls on short notice Basic tools and equipment for repairs Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently Reliable, punctual, and professionalTo Apply:
