Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a qualified trades person to join our team. The maintenance person would be responsible for fixing. repairing & constructing work in a residential/ commercial setting.
We are seeking qualified person with skills and knowledge in the following:
- Carpentry
- Drywall, Plaster, Painting
-Windows, Doors, Siding
- Trim work, Flooring, Tile & Grout
-Electrical
-Plumbing
Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities, including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems. Utilize schematics and mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities. Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols while performing tasks. Provide excellent customer service by addressing facility-related concerns promptly.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

Day shift Monday to Friday On call Weekends as needed
Education:
Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
Maintenance: 5 years (required)
