Overview
Will be doing minor maintenance in manufactured homes as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Hard Skills:
Proficiency with hand and power tools, ability to read technical manuals, and basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.Physical Demands:
Most roles require the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in cramped or uncomfortable environments.Essential Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency with hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment. Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and maintenance best practices Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Will require some travel and have a valid driver's license.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.70-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
