Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance and have experience in various maintenance tasks, including electrical, mechanical, and construction. This role requires a proactive individual who can ensure the smooth operation of our facilities through effective maintenance practices and leadership.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs Provide customer service by addressing facility-related concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance needs are met efficiently. Perform basic construction duties, ie: plumbing, drywall, painting, as assigned.

Requirements

Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a construction background, Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various equipment types. Proficiency in working with others Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to interact positively with staff and clients alike. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.68-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
