Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by performing various maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will possess experience with power tools and have experience in facilities maintenance, electrical systems, and maintenance activities. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities
Conduct routine inspections of buildings and equipment to identify maintenance needs. Perform repairs and maintenance on RV Units, electrical systems, and plumbing. Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff as needed. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management. Grounds Maintenance Direct Customer Service when required.
