Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Person to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our business. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical, minor electrical, plumbing, and troubleshooting skills, with experience in facilities maintenance and a focus on safety and efficiency.

Duties

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to minimize downtime Painting Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA standards during all maintenance activities Assist with facilities maintenance tasks including plumbing, carpentry, paniting and general repairs Maintain detailed records of maintenance work performed and parts used

Skills

Minor electrical experience. Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices including plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and teamwork Leadership abilities to guide maintenance operations effectively
