We are currently looking for a full time Maintenance Worker (40 hours per week Tuesday to Saturday)

This position will report to the Maintenance Manager and will be responsible to complete work orders in the resident suites, perform other routine maintenance jobs such as plumbing, minor electrical, thermostat adjustments, zone valve knowledge and HVAC, renovations, painting, tiling, dry wall repairs in suites. Perform lawn maintenance (e.g., grass cutting, etc.). Snow/ice removal utilizing tools such as snow blower, shovel, blower, etc.) Rodent, pest control, etc. Basic carpentry, plumbing and handyman skills would be an asset and three years experience working in residential building maintenance. Must be available to work on call as required.
