Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities, equipment, and machinery.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, carpentry work, repairing equipment, and painting
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Supervise and coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas
- Fabricate and weld metal components as needed
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and repair or replace defective parts
- Follow schematics and manuals to perform repairs accurately
- Utilize logic controllers to diagnose equipment malfunctions

Requirements:
- Prior experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in English for effective communication
- Strong mechanical knowledge to handle various repair tasks
- Ability to fabricate and weld metal components
- Familiarity with logic controllers for troubleshooting purposes
- Leadership skills to supervise maintenance activities effectively
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with internal teams and external vendors
